Endurance Exercises (Cardio)

  • Running: Running is one of the most important exercises to improve endurance. Running for long periods and over various distances helps improve the body's ability to sustain effort for extended periods.

  • Jump Rope: This exercise improves endurance, speed, and coordination between the hands and feet, making it an excellent training method for boxers.

  • Rowing or Stationary Bike: These exercises help improve cardiovascular fitness and breathing, and are also effective in increasing physical endurance.

Strength Exercises

  • Push-ups: Help strengthen the chest, shoulders, and arms, and are essential for strengthening the upper body.

  • Squats: Strengthen the legs, improving the ability to move quickly, especially during attack or defense.

  • Weight Lifting: Strengthens muscles such as the arms, shoulders, and back, which are essential for powerful punches.

 Speed & Timing Exercises

  • Medicine Ball Throws: Help strengthen the arms and increase explosive power.

  • Sprints: Running fast for short distances (20-40 meters) helps improve movement speed and boxing movements.
